Kites, community and giant inflatables on Dunstable Downs
Kites Connect is a yearly festival that brings kites and the community together on the stunning grounds of Dunstable Downs.
We're proud to project manage the event with our sister company Event Production Live, working with the National Trust. The most recent festival featured three arenas – two filled with giant inflatable and static kites, plus a performance arena packed with kite displays, ballets, talks and have-a-go sessions – alongside a world food village and a small selection of local stalls.
Keeping it community-focused matters to us, so stall spaces are for local traders, community groups and relevant charities rather than commercial traders.
Kite flyers We're always keen to hear from kite enthusiasts, clubs and professionals – especially anyone who could fill the performance arena with a talk, a team ballet or a have-a-go session.
Stallholders Interested in a local stall or community pitch? Register your interest and we'll send the details as soon as applications open.
